I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities at this hotel. The room was equipped with a full-size fridge, range top, and even a dishwasher, making it convenient for those who like to cook during their stay. The lending locker was a nice touch, offering everything from crockpots to wine corkscrews and games for kids. They also allowed pets, which was a big plus for me. the kitchen equipment and the comfortable room made it a great value for the price.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Miami, shopping center, the airport and cruise port. Got spotless studio suite with 2 beds when arrived, liked that.

The lobby is clean and the front desk staff are friendly and professional, providing helpful service during check-in. The comfortable bed ensures a good night's sleep.

The broken elevator and rude attitude of the attendant Jessica were major disappointments during the stay.
